5. Team background: who maintains this site

The site is maintained by a small independent team with backgrounds in backend development and operations. We needed encoding, encryption and network troubleshooting tools daily, so we distilled that toolkit into this site: the tools are implemented and self-tested by us, following the relevant standards (for example RFC 4648, NIST-recommended hashing and encryption parameters); the articles come from real experience and are revised as standards and toolchains change. We run no user accounts, collect no tool input, and use no pop-ups or redirect ads — the goal is a tool site we would want to use every day ourselves.

6. How often content is updated

Guides are usually published weekly, while tools and documentation are revised as needed. Every article lists its publish and last-updated dates. If you spot outdated or inaccurate content, tell us and we will correct it and note the revision.
